Senior Copywriter (CHI)


The Senior Social Copywriter works with Social Strategists, Community Managers and Graphic Designers to bring social ideas to life for existing brand clients. You will work collaboratively to create social content for all social platforms, including concepting content series ideas that incorporate social influencers.

You must be a team player who has a passion for storytelling. You’re passionate about social media and
actively participate in them yourself. You understand the value of collaboration and have a mastery of
industry best practices across all social platforms.


  • Work with team to develop creative campaign initiatives for existing clients. In partnership with designers, run day-to-day creative writing through campaign delivery
  • Work collaboratively to concept, write new business campaigns and participate in pitches
  • Confidently lead creative presentations to clients. Sell concepts through with clear and dynamic presentation skills
  • Work with junior writers to help them grow in concepting, writing and presentation skills. Participate in regular check-ins
  • Collaborate across all departments to innovate groundbreaking ideas that leverage emerging technology
  • Responsible for managing and maintaining brand voice on assigned accounts/projects
  • Easily change between multiple brand voices and create content that consistently hits it’s mark
  • Work from creative briefs in conjunction with social strategists, community managers and designers to translate into effective concepts and executions
  • Own a range of digital creative work from social posts to digital influencer campaigns
  • Understand and keep up to speed with the complete digital landscape


  • At least 3-4 years of experience copywriting, developing, and creating campaigns for digital/social
  • Strong conceptual/brainstorming skills
  • A passion for storytelling, grammar and the English language
  • The ability to effectively collaborate with various teams
  • A mastery of industry best practices and the platforms we love, as well as be willing to learn
  • A deep understanding of big social media platforms and their abilities/limitations
  • Experience working with community managers, designers, developers, and a team focused creative process
